Comté Cheese Saucisson by Mont Charvin 400g

This Comte cheese Saucisson has been produced using noble cuts from IGP Franche-Comté porks only and 12 months aged Comte cheese. The casing is natural and it's handmade by a Maître Artisan following an entirely traditional process. Perfect for the aperitif or as part of a light lunch platter.

The pigs are reared outside in the French countryside.

About the Merchant
Florent and Fabien, both from the French Jura Mountains, handpick the very best food, wine and the artisan traditions of their region.
