Encased in each 25g glass jar is the purest of all sea salt flakes from Mallorca each mixed with exotic aromas of rosemary, hibiscus flower, or spiced with a choice of curry or chilli. Glosa Marina capture the spirit of "white gold": from the Balearics, enhanced with a selection of herbs and spices to bring a distinctive flavour to any fish or meat dish. The Mediterranean origin and its unique minerals make this sea salt rather special. The salt flakes are obtained from the natural evaporation of seawater by the air and the Mallorquí sunshine.
