This Fine Herbs Saucisson has been produced using noble cuts from IGP Franche-Comté porks only. The casing is natural and it's handmade by a Maître Artisan following an entirely traditional process. The herbs are a mix of Basilic, Tarragon & Provence Herbs. Perfect for the aperitif or as part of a light lunch platter.
The pigs are reared outside in the French countryside.

About Nitrates and Nitrites
