Fig Mustard by Casa Forcello 120g - Italian Fruit Mustard

Crafted in Northern Italy, Casa Forcello’s fig mustard is a balanced mix of sweet and spicy, that is perfect for pairing with cheese, especially Gorgonzola, Roquefort, or Stilton, as well as terrines.

A unique Italian condiment, fig mustard is prepared with freshly picked, finely sliced figs which are left to caramelise for four days, before a few drops of mustard seed oil are added to give a balanced spice and depth to the mix.

To spread the mustard flavour evenly, it is best to stir it in the jar before serving. Including a few small pieces of fruit with each serving will help enhance the flavour.
