An extra mature cheddar cheese from the team at Butler's Secret.
Originating from natural green pastures in Ireland where only real fresh milk is used in the production process, its' production is driven by many generations of experienced and passionate cheese makers.
To ensure consistent great quality, the cheddar is matured for 14 months and double graded by our experts, with the first grading taking place at the producer. Every three months we select only those young cheeses that we can be sure will mature to the exact flavour profile we are looking for. The second grading then takes place once the fully matured cheese is delivered

We aim to complete all orders received before 9am for a next day delivery unless you have requested a different delivery date. Orders received after 9am will be prepared and dispatch the following day for a delivery the day after.
Because most of our goods are perishable, your order will be packed in an insulated cardboard box filled with ice packs. We send goods by overnight carrier to destinations on the GB mainland only for a delivery by 16.00. We can deliver to your home or place of work, and to the home or work-place of your relatives, friends or colleagues. We must have a complete post code and telephone number for every delivery address. We can deliver on, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays ONLY.
Because most of our products are perishable, we highly recommend that you provide us with an alternative delivery instruction for any private address; such as "leave in porch/on step/with a neighbour/behind the bins". Please take great care when stipulating delivery locations, addresses and dates, because once these have been entered and you have received a confirmation email for your order, they cannot be changed.
Orders cannot be scheduled.
Please make sure your order is stored in refrigerated storage/fridge as soon as it has been delivered.
