The classic Durham Gin is rested in American Bourbon and Spanish Sherry casks for 18 months. The casks have given the liquid a richness in colour and a great depth of flavour. The ageing process adds notes of vanilla bean, caramel and oak. The Spanish Sherry delivers spice with sweet fruit, honey and orange peel.

Furthermore, to complement this fantastic spirit we have chosen to add an Oak Smoked cheese wedge from the Northumberland Cheese Co. Also, find crackers by Miller's Harvest and a Seville and Tomato Marmalade by the award winning Lady Waterford Preserves. The marmalade is made as a relish for savoury food and is delicious with cheese.

Next, we have selected something sweet. An apricot and Ginger lightly spiced loaf cake by The Simply Delicious Cake Co. and a handmade milk chocolate orange bar by North Chocolates.
