A cheese cake tower perfect for any birthday, wedding or party.

  2nd Tier: Cornish Brie, 1kg - a delicious Cornish creamy brie with a meltingly smooth texture and rich creamy interior.

  3rd Tier: Wensleydale & Cranberries, 2kg - This is a Yorkshire made cheese, which is crumbly and creamy. Crammed full with succulent, pure sweet cranberries. This award winning Wensleydale is a fresh and sweet addition for any cheese cake

  4th Tier: Colston Bassett Stilton, 1kg - One of Britain's best known cheeses is Stilton, Colston Bassett is one of the best in the country. Mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours. A delicate spicy tang from the blue veins comes through with a rounded and superb lingering finish

  5th Tier: Baby Cornish Yarg 1kg - This unique cheese is wrapped in nettle leaves which are picked wild from the surrounding area. A semi-hard cheese, slightly creamy and crumbly, texture is a bit between a cheddar and caerphilly.The flavour is fresh and lemony when the cheese is young becoming more aromatic with age and the edible nettles impart a delicate, slightly mushroomy flavour as the cheese matures

  6th Tier: Somerset Camembert x 2, 200g each - Mild amd creamy soft Somerset Camembert Deliciously delicate & creamy. We’ve used two and tied organza ribbon around

Included: Small amount of green organza ribbon for the top tier. We'll also include an acrylic ring and silver board - you push the ring into centre of the brie and it sits just proud, pop the silver board above (its around 6" so you won't see it and all the cheeses above sit on the board so the brie doesn't squash).
