But Quincy, an appellation that is geographically not very far at all, has all the charm and character of what makes Sauvignon such a popular grape variety. Yves Lestourgie gave up cereal farming 20 years ago to produce wine in Quincy with the help of his wife, Géraldine.
This wine is laden with tropical aromas, like melon, pineapple and kiwi fruit, and coupled with a refreshing acidity on the palate, it makes for easy, uncomplicated drinking. This is just super tasty Sauvignon, at its best.
