Winner of many Great Taste and International Chocolate Awards, brother and sister Claudio and Claudia Pistocchi, have dedicated the past 30 years in their Florentine laboratory to their craftsmanship baking artisan chocolate cakes by hand. Working with up to seven different types of fine dark chocolate and pure cocoa powder enriched with fragrant fruits and aromatic spices but without the use of flour, butter eggs or sugar.
