This Cuvée made from 100% Pinot Blanc – really rare in Champagne – has a delightful floral and fresh nose. Well balanced, this cuvée is complex and crispy at the same. Its rich body delivers delicious notes of pear and apple jelly, always creamy and fresh. The Pinot Blanc brings the lovely crispiness. a delicate after-taste of White pepper and nutmeg thanks to a wood fermentation – a special cuvée for a special moment!
