Curry Paste Set by Case for Cooking with Jalfrezi Curry, Roasted Coconut Curry & Ugly Curry Pastes

Calling all curry lovers! This trio of handmade curry pastes features our Gentle Jalfrezi Curry paste, our Roasted Coconut Curry paste and our Ugly Curry paste.

Made by us with our own spice blends and to our own recipes, each jar serves four and includes an easy-to-follow curry recipe.

Gentle Jalfrezi Curry 190g: Made with our best-selling Gentle Jalfrezi curry blend, this is our twist on a traditional Jalfrezi. A curry with all the usual jalfrezi flavour but slightly less of the usual heat.

Roasted Coconut Curry 185g: Inspired by a Goan Xacuti curry, the Roasted Coconut Curry paste makes a beautifully creamy dish that's bursting with aromatic flavour and a medium heat. It pairs well with chicken, lamb, beef or seafood and makes a great roasted squash and chickpea curry too!

Ugly Curry 190g: Never judge a curry by its looks! Our Ugly Curry may not be the prettiest of dishes but it's based on an Irish apple-based curry and we promise it tastes absolutely delicious..

About the Producer They say nothing beats good home-cooked food and we couldn’t agree more. We’re a couple now based in Herefordshire and we launched our business Case for Cooking in Carmarthen at the end of 2018. We’re not professional chefs but we love cooking with fresh produce and we love eating good food, especially when we know exactly what’s in it. We also love variety and want to show that good home-cooked food doesn’t need to be expensive or complicated and that spices don’t just mean hot, fiery curries! Our focus is on simplicity and quality. Anyone and everyone can use our products, without needing fancy equipment, years of cooking experience or exotic ingredients. Our recipes only ask for whole ingredients (wherever possible) or standard sizes to minimise waste and we really do use only the finest-quality herbs and spices. We add nothing extra and always look at quality before cost when choosing our suppliers.
