Ancient methods of preserving vegetables and fruits cultivated and harvested on the Mirogallo farm in the countryside of Matera such as drying, sugar, salt, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice are selected. Skilful hands meet ancient tradition in the company laboratory to achieve perfectly preserved naturally ripened produce in 100% recyclable glass containers.
