Country Range Strong Bread Flour 16kg

Excellent quality as always, my go to flour for bread

I've been making my own sour dough bread since lockdown. Originally I was buying the small bags from my local supermarket and eventually progressed to this. It's a great product at a great price. Even though it's gone up recently, it's still a good price per kg compared to the high street and it makes a great loaf.
I've used it for sour dough, tzureki (Greek Easter bread), cinnamon rolls, Belgian buns, etc and it's always been great. Delivery is always speedy, even on the slower service.

We were paying over £20 for 16Kg of strong white bread flour THEN we discovered this! Oh joy came to us as we baked our first loaf. IT WORKED BETTER than a much more expensive one. Thoroughly recommend,

Gives excellent results using my Kenwood Chef mixer with dough hook, as good as other brands at nearly double the price!

This is fabulous flour, my sourdough loaves are light and fluffy with an excellent crust. I ordered from the food market when bread flour was getting difficult to buy again (3rd lockdown). I have my own micro bakery and was worried I would run out. Not any more, the 16kg sacks are great, I couldn’t lift a bigger bag. Good speedy service and a great price for the flour.

Lovely flour for bread making conveniently delivered to your door. Competitively priced too and when you purchase a sack there’s no excuse for running out even when stocks in the shops are low!

I love baking and I've tried some others including top brand supermarkets and it's normally 16kg at time and I can say this brand is excellent, my loafs are excellent and tastee and when they said strong its strong bread flour, I've up my order to 2 x 16kg as I thought they might run out of stock as its so good. I'm even baking for friends and family and it's thanks to this flour!

I make my bread using the no knead method and thus flour gives excellent results
