In their own words St Ives Brewery IPA has a Rugged and intense aroma with a fruity richness for extra flavour. This strong IPA is the perfect accompaniment to our thick and chunky chutney. Slather onto your sausage rolls or couple with fresh water salmon fish cakes. Pair this with new potatoes coated in warm, salty butter, sautéed asparagus and dollop a spoonful of our ale chutney on top, to finish a soft squeeze of lemon.
