• Genoa - Basil: We love pasta in Italy. It takes an Italian to know that just the freshest ingredients are enough. No need for a thick layer of melted cheese. One of the simplest spaghetti dishes we encountered uses fresh basil and fresh lemon. Genoa is our tribute in chocolate to this wonderful yet uncomplicated dish. Like its namesake, we think it's simply la Superba! (1 piece)
• Grytviken - Whisky (Water Ganache): Antarctica - The frozen continent at the end of the world, with pristine white icebergs floating majestically across the deep blue Southern Ocean. We have the great explorer Shackleton to thank for unlocking its mysteries, and raise a drop of his favourite tipple to him with a mellow malt whisky wrapped in dark chocolate from wild Bolivian cacao. • Hanoi - Ginger Caramel: Peppery and pungent with a hint of lemon, ginger always reminds us of the rich riot of tastes of Asia. We've fused its piquant spiciness with the smooth sugar-sweetness of caramel, and wrapped them both, of course, in our mouth-watering chocolate. Inspired by our travels to Vietnam's vibrant capital city. We think you'll enjoy our temptingly tangy Hanoi. (2 pieces)
• Meaux - Wholegrain Mustard (1 piece): Even though mustard is not typically associated with sweets and desserts, we always thought that wholegrain mustard could be used in chocolate. The famous 18th century gastronome Brillat-Savarin said "If it isn't Meaux, it isn't mustard.” Too bad he's not around to try our chocolate! Trust us – we think you'll be pleasantly surprised!
• Orléans - Raspberry Chambord (2 piece)
• Popayán - House Dark: Named after UNESCO's first City of Gastronomy, Popayán is a blend of cacao from 2 very diverse Colombian regions - one tropical humid, one desert dry. Laced with honey – we're confident our chocolate evokes the freshness and quality of the tastes of Colombia. (2 pieces)
• Warsaw - Blackcurrant & Pernod: Poland's capital is a city of surprises, not least the Poles' love of chocolate and blackcurrants ! So Warsaw inspired us to pair blackcurrant and Pernod - for a liquoricey fruit burst of sweetness wrapped in mouth melting chocolate. (2 pieces)
