Domaine Grosbois is a 9h Domaine run by two brothers, Nicolas and Sylvain. Their family vineyard is located at a place called “The Pressoir” Panzoult in the Chinon appellation in the heart of the Loire Valley.
These guys believe strongly in not using oak and use concrete instead to preserve the freshness of the wine.
Designed to be drunk in it’s youth with food, the nose nevertheless shows complexity with savoury characters and brambles on the nose. Medium bodied with dark fruit wrapped in a meaty core on the palate.
