• Just Jane Smoked Cheddar: A powerful naturally oak-smoked cheese with a hint of paprika.
• Just Jane Vintage Cheddar: A vintage cheddar with crunchy salt crystals.
• Sweet Apple & West Country Cider Chutney: Deliciously combining sweet apples blended with zingy cider; a fabulous partner for a mature cheddar.
• Just Jane Bitter 50cl (3.8% ABV): A complex session bitter with layers of malt and hops with an intense fruity finish. Named for the Just Jane Lancaster Bomber.
• Spirit of Jane Pale Bitter 50cl (3.8% ABV): A traditional session bitter pale in colour with a complex flavour and hoppy aroma. Named for the Just Jane Lancaster Bomber.
• Push the Envelope Session IPA 50cl (4.1% ABV): A citrus punch with a cheeky tropical twist, its caramel undertones make a well-rounded IPA. Named for the English Electric Lightning which pushed the aeronautics envelope.
• Mosquito Pale Ale 50cl (3.9% ABV): An English pale ale with a slightly citus twist, named for the Mosquite multirole aircraft that fought during World War 2.
• 49 Squadron Best Bitter 50cl (4.9% ABV): An amber bitter with a bittersweet balance of malt, fruit, and citrus hop flavours. Named for the No. 49 Squadron's Avro Lancasters.
