Excellent dry cava has been produced using the traditional method for sparkling wine. Using the three typical grape varieties for Cava being Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel.lo. Grimau is located just outside of Barcelona and they produce a series of excellent quality Cava’s and a handful of still wines. The vineyard is organic in conversion and Grimau are expected to get their organic wine certification in 2020.
