Bulk up soup, stews, casseroles, and curries, bake into bread to add colour, flavour and texture or stir into noodles for a hearty lunch. To rehydrate our Carrot Flakes, simply pour over enough boiling water to cover, leave for up to 10 – 20 minutes to soften and then add to dishes. 28g of dry weight carrot flakes will rehydrate to give you approximately 126g.
