No Added Sugar
La Cancoillotte is a wonderfully runny cheese which definitely requires a serious load of bread (unless you enjoy licking your fingers)! Made from fermented whey, melted with a bit of water and a small amount of butter, it can be plain or flavoured. Only your creativity defines how many uses it has.
Prep & usage
Either spread on bread, used on a fondue or cooked in a sauce!

Exactly what is required for a dipping cheese with pigs in blankets, unfortunately could not get the garlic one which is better.
