We work with carefully selected, independent, truffle-obsessed hunters and producers to share organic truffles hunted locally from secret truffle regions in Italy, Spain and even Western Australia.

The fresh truffles used in our products are sourced locally, using teams of local hunters (and their canine companions) to sniff out and carefully remove only those truffles that meet our exacting standards, and only those which are ready for harvest - ensuring truffle production will continue for generations to come.
