Behold this super selection of cheeses and award-winning pork pies.

• Base: Pork Pie, 4.5kg, 12" diameter - These delicious Pork Pies use only the finest ingredients. Handcrafted using traditional methods, these award winning pork pies use the finest diced pork, minced pork, onions and seasoning. Simple and tasty.

  2nd Tier: Quickes Mature 3.6 - 4kg - It is a superb handmade traditional cheddar which has the quality and unique and complex flavour of a traditional rinded cheddar
• 
  3rd Tier: Somerset Brie,1kg - Made from the milk of the cows who graze the lush green pastures of the Somerset hills. A lovely soft white bloomy rind hides the delicious soft rich interior. Mild and deliciously creamy
• 
  4th Tier: Cornish Yarg 1.7kg - This unique cheese is wrapped in nettle leaves which are picked wild from the surrounding area. A semi-hard cheese, slightly creamy and crumbly, texture is a bit between a cheddar and caerphilly.The flavour is fresh and lemony when the cheese is young becoming more aromatic with age and the edible nettles impart a delicate, slightly mushroomy flavour as the cheese matures

  5th Tier: Colston Bassett Stilton,1kg - One of Britain's best known cheeses is Stilton, Colston Bassett is one of the best in the country. Mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours. A delicate spicy tang from the blue veins comes through with a rounded and superb lingering finish

  6th Tier: White Nancy, 600g - a stunningly good handmade goats milk cheese with a slightly sweet, yet fresh taste and a slight crumbly texture
• 
  Top: Coeurs Neufchatel, 200g - One of the oldest cheeses in France with AOC status. It is a young cheese with a lovely white rind. Texture similar to a camembert, soft with a slightly grainy texture. It is a crumbly cheese which develops a creamier interior as it matures

We'll also include an acrylic ring and silver board - you push the ring into centre of the brie and it sits just proud, pop the silver board above (its around 6" so you won't see it and all the cheeses above sit on the board so the brie doesn't squash).
