About the Producer
Nonno Andrea practise sustainable organic farming in the Treviso region, cultivating seasonal fruit and vegetables using organic techniques in luxuriant orchards and vegetable gardens. A countryside rich in biodiversity is key to healthy and nutritious produce. Continually experimenting with unique recipes, the team are curious about the creative possibilities of each ingredient, combining new flavours in sweet fruit compotes, vegetables in oil, pickled vegetables, spreads, natural ketchups and dried products.
