Direct from a farming friend in Thailand, we bring you this butterfly pea flower that creates a deep, dark blue hue. The colour of this flower when added to liquid is an indigo blue. Add lemon juice or another acidic liquid, and it turns violet. This product can be used as a natural colorant for various products. Please note this product can be used as a natural clothing dye and may stain clothes.
Prep & usage Add 3-4 flowers into hot water for a blue hue. Add lemon or another acidic liquid to it to violet. In cold water, add 6-7 flowers per litre of water overnight to create a blue colorant.
