This pancake mix makes wonderful big fat american pancakes or delicate crepes. Top with syrup and berries, lemon and sugar or go savoury, your choice!!
For a standard crepe or American style pancake, you'll need eggs and milk. For a dairy free pancake, substitute for dairy free milk. For a vegan pancake, you'll need dairy free milk and chia seeds.
Each bag contains e500g of the sourdough mix.
