The cold winters of 1800s would see the River Wye turn to a spectacular ice rink, enjoyed immensely by the locals.
The refreshing light golden sparkle is softened by a grapefruit and honey nose. A balanced blend of soft fruit is complemented by fresh melon, apple notes and free flowing bubbles on the palate.
