    Dried natto is a nutrient rich superfood with great taste.

    Natto is a traditional food enjoyed in Japan for at least 400 years. This dried natto is made from soya beans that have been fermented, which enhances its umami flavour and nutritional value. By freeze-drying it, we have made this traditional delicacy more conveniently accessible to you.

    Our soya beans are carefully cultivated on Kyushu Island, Japan, and expertly fermented to perfection. Whether enjoyed on its own as a snack or used as a secret ingredient in various dishes and sauces, our dried natto adds a unique and delightful flavour to elevate your culinary creations.

    • Naturally high in Vitamin K (K2 MK-7), Iron, Potassium, Magnesium and Fibre. 1 tablespoonful of Dried Natto contains 52 µg Vitamin K

    • Source of Nattokinase enzyme. 1 tablespoonful of Dried Natto contains 310 FU Nattokinase

    • Great taste and free from its popular stickiness and odour as it is dried. Our natto is carefully stirred one by one to extract the stickiness which enhances umami flavour and then freeze-dried

    • Our non-GMO soya beans are made in Kyusyu Island, Japan and expertly fermented to perfection
