Florida Cuban Mojo BBQ Rub Florida BBQ is a melting pot of styles imported from the American south and the Caribbean. Cuban barbecue is some of the world’s finest, but it's little known outside of Florida. This Florida BBQ rub is all about flavour with its sour orange, lime, garlic, and coriander. With a lovely garlic citrusy flavour it pairs perfectly with pork, chicken, and fish.

How to use it:
This is good on any cut of fish, chicken or pork. Sprinkle over or mix with oil to baste, and cook over indirect heat, or oven. When grilling or in a pan keep a watchful eye out for charring or scorching.
