Mr H Bars is a premium protein bar company focusing on using only high quality natural ingredients to produce a range of snacks, with each bar being finished with a layer of 100% sustainable chocolate.

Our Story

The company was started back in October 2020 and officially trading in January 2021. The idea came about when I, Dom, joined my local CrossFit box. To get into the crowd, I started to bring in a few sweet treats that I created. After a while they said "Dom, why don't you have a go at creating a healthy protein bar?" After trialing over 15 different recipes and testing them with the guys at the box, I found the best combo.

My background is that I'm a trained chef/pastry chef with over 7 years experience working in 5* hotels and top Michelin star restaurants. Over the course of those 7 years, I competed in a few competitions such as The Junior Chocolate Masters and The UK Pastry Open. I cam out with 8 awards for my own brand of chocolates and is now recognised as a member/judge for The Academy of Chocolate.
