Our Story

Kinsale Mead Co is family run business, founded by us, Kate & Denis Dempsey in 2016 to rediscover the art of mead making. We produce a range of multi award-winning, world-class meads in our state-of-the-art meadery on the Atlantic coast in County Cork at the start of the stunning Wild Atlantic Way.
