Hiver was born out of an admiration for London’s urban beekeepers and a passion for great quality beer. We use a blend of urban and rural honeys from independent British beekeepers to produce a distinctive and moreish beer.
By using innovative brewing methods, the raw British honeys that Hiver ferments with add depth of flavour and a signature moreish, crisp finish. It’s the perfect beer for flavoursome refreshment after a long day or an ideal match alongside food.
Hiver Beers has won a number of awards from ‘Britain’s Next Top Supplier’ to being the only British medal winner at the World Beer Challenge (with two gold medals), a recent European Beer Star gold and an industry award for Corporate Social Responsibility.
Hiver Beers use only British ingredients and suppliers to produce their range and donate 10% of profits to pollinator charities and community initiatives. As the brand grows into various export markets and across the on and off-trade in the UK we hope that whether you enjoy a Hiver Beer in bottle or can or from the tap, that Hiver represents the very best of British beer.
