EPRONTO is a brand of Cateritaly, which creates authentic and traditional Italian meals.

Our Story

We are a family run company that loves to share good food. The founder of Cateritaly and EPRONTO is Franco, also known as Dad. Franco decided to open a catering business in 2016 and involved his wife, Francesca and later on, the rest of the family, with Linda, Susanna, Lucia and Stefano.

We started production of EPRONTO ragu firstly to help our own catering production, as we were using a lot of ragu for catering purposes. We soon realised that ragu stored in ambient jars was not an available product in the Scottish and UK market so we decided that it was not fair that our customers were missing out. So we extended our production to three products: lamb, venison and bolognese ragu, which we then made available to purchase.

It’s designed for easy use and quick cooking without losing health benefits and a great taste. Our customers like good food and absolutely love how easy it is to use EPRONTO Ragu.
