Recipe: Cherry, Walnut and Super Cacao Smoothie

An antioxidant-rich diet can help maintain healthy, supple skin, and a great way to pack loads of antioxidants like vitamin C into your diet is to make a super-charged fruit smoothie in the morning. This recipe from Aduna contains everything you need to get that glow!
- 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup dairy-free milk (e.g. coconut milk)
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
