Annie's Herb Kitchen is a family run business, producing seasoning salts, all made from fresh herbs and natural sea salt and delicious herbal teas made from selection of herbs and fruit.

Our Story

Hi, I'm Petra. I'm the founder of Annie's Herb Kitchen, making sure everything is running smoothly and to your complete satisfaction.

The whole idea came from my 6 years old Annie, when I was making my own Rosemary Salt at home. "Why don't you just buy it in the shop, mum?" she said. "You cannot really buy this in the shop" I replied. "So why don't we make it for my friends too, so they can enjoy it as well, mum?" she said. And that's how it all started. I used to make the herb salts for years just like my great grandma used to make them (that was her special secret cooking ingredient - herb salts instead of the boring ordinary salt). I never thought about it as a business, but we shared our herb and salt mixtures with friends and they all love it... SO if you love cooking or thinking how to enhance the flavour of your home made cooking try our range of herb/salt mixtures. Only Annie's salts are made from fresh herbs, dried together with coarse sea salt to preserve their natural taste and colour.
