In the Atlas Mountains food is an adventure!
It's these fierce, disorderly and bold flavours that come together, creating food that sings and celebrates the Berber people's sheer inventiveness and adventurous soul.
We met in Omar's hometown, Taghazout - a Berber fishing village nestled between the Atlas Mountains and a long sweep of sandy coastline. In 2016, we decided to move to the UK and after only a couple of months Yumello was born - flavours this good are worth shouting about.
Adventure defines us - we continue to experiment, to play with the intriguing ingredients and flavours of the Atlas Mountains.
