Grown in the valley of Aconcagua in Chile, the highest peak in South America, Hass Avocados are highly regarded as the best in the world. Each avocado used to create our delicious oil is of the highest quality due to the outstanding climate and proximity to the Pacific Ocean.

Our Story

Every single Hass avocado is cold pressed to ensure the extracted oil retains all the goodness and health benefits contained within every fruit. You'll notice our oil is a brilliant emerald green colour, a sign of its superb quality thanks to the high levels of chlorophylls and carotenoids it contains. Palta Valle Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is perfect for low and high heat cooking (thanks to its high smoke point of over 250°C) and it's delicious drizzled over salads and seafood - it really is the healthy everyday oil!

Palta Valle Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is packed full of vitamins A, D, and E, plus Omega 3 and Omega 6. As well as being high in antioxidants, it can actively reduce levels of free radicals, resulting in greater blood vessel strength, leading to improved cardiovascular health in addition to supporting skin regeneration.

What's more, its alpha linolenic acid is said to have health-giving properties. Thanks to its high levels of Oleic acid, we believe avocado oil reduces bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol to help further improve overall heart health.
