Evolution Gluten Free Kitchen

We started because of the need to create gluten-free treats for our grandson who is coeliac, experimenting and testing, and we eventually realised that we could produce some great tasting cakes.

Our Story

We realised that coffee shops had very little choice for the wee one when on family outings, so we started to ask our local coffee shops if they would like to sell our products and we have grown from strength to strength! Our cakes are so tasty that even folks who are not gluten free are buying them!
