Our Story

Our mission is to produce only top quality spirits at an honest price. We started distilling in the autumn of 2012 at Glynhynod Farm in Ceredigion but our story starts many years before when our co-founder John Savage-Onstwedder commissioned the first organic whisky of the modern era to be made at Springbank distillery in Scotland.

While continuing our tradition of making award-winning whisky we've expanded into producing high quality gin and liqueur. We pride ourselves in only producing the best spirits possible.

We support Small producers, British producers and are Soil Association and Fairtrade Certified
