I'm Judy, founder of Cornwall's Chocolate Cove. I make everything by hand, taking time to ensure each bar is generously full of flavour, creatively decorated or drizzled and carefully hand wrapped to ensure when you receive it, you can benefit from the energy in the care and kindness that went into making it.

Hello, I'm Judy. I studied Nutritional Therapy in order to revitalise my own health, but soon discovered that something was missing from my new found pure diet. The course and new way of eating was amazing, but I really missed delicious, naughty treats!

As I've always loved the excitement of chocolate, it wasn’t long before I started experimenting and hand creating luxurious chocolate, melt-in-the-mouth truffley fudge and gorgeous energy balls BUT made with healthier, more nutrient rich ingredients.

My aim has always been that all products should still taste amazing but also be low GI, vegan, gluten free, soya free and cane sugar free Because I believe in kindness to all, I wanted to do more than just words of support, so 25p from each sale of the Salty Cracked Pepper chocolate goes to Viva!, a charity promoting veganism for the benefit of animals and the environment.

The Born Free Foundation who promote "keep wildlife in the wild" also receive 25p from the sale of each 'Elsa' Vanilla, Lemon & Pineapple chocolate.

Because of my own journey, I like to use ingredients that are healthier alternatives so we can all have a chance to enjoy delicious chocolate without the guilt. I really hope you love my range of unique chocolates that are meltingly naughty tasting, but vegan, gluten, soy and cane sugar free.
