Our Story

Since 1988 we have made it our mission to 'make it easy for people to enjoy a diet that is dairy free'. From humble artisan beginnings on the Scottish west coast, we have expanded to become a global leader in non-dairy alternatives to cheese. Our range of 'Sheese' products have repeatedly received praise from consumers and industry experts alike-a reflection of our commitment to quality.

Produced in Bute Island Foods' entirely 'free-from' production site using only ingredients that meet our strict criteria (such as GMO-free soya and coconut oil), you can rest assured that our products will live up to expectation. All of our products are vegan and kosher certified and free from gluten, dairy, lactose or meat. We currently have available 4 flavours of Sheese which can be melted over toast or pizza like real cheese, and 3 flavours of Sheese slices with yet more flavours in development.
