At tandem, we freshly pick our organically-grown Seville oranges at sunrise and capture the zest of their peel. Our smoothly blended Irish Spirit which has made the journey to the Tandem Finca in southern Spain, is infused with the peel that day. Our distiller’s secret twist is applied before the spirit of Tandem is hand-bottled and labelled at sunset.
